Ms. Yuko Kanamaru has extensive knowledge and experience as an attorney-at-law. SBG has elected her as an External Audit & Supervisory Board Member to have her conduct audits from a professional standpoint based on her knowledge and experience and to ensure that audits are conducted from a more independent standpoint.
Although Ms. Kanamaru does not have management experience other than as an external officer, SBG believes that through her high level of expertise she can properly perform audits of SBG as an External Audit & Supervisory Board Member of SBG.
