The SoftBank Group has become aware that an organization operating under the name "Arbisoo," which has no affiliation whatsoever with SoftBank Group Corp., SoftBank Corp., or SB C&S Corp., has been unlawfully using the tradenames and trademarks of SoftBank Group entities in its promotional activities.
Furthermore, it has been confirmed that Arbisoo is disseminating false information suggesting that the SoftBank Group is a co-investor in a service it offers under the name "SBC Card."
We wish to make it unequivocally clear that neither the SoftBank Group nor Masayoshi Son have any connection whatsoever to this organization or related individuals. We are not involved in any of their activities.
If you suspect that you may have been targeted by such schemes, we urge you to contact local law enforcement authorities immediately.
We will continue to take necessary actions to protect our tradenames and trademarks.
