Announcement of Dividend from Consolidated Subsidiary
Mobiletech Corporation (hereafter “Mobiletech”) decided its dividend of surplus on March 18, 2013. Expected impact caused by this dividend to the financial results of SoftBank Corp., (hereafter “the Company”), on a stand-alone basis are as follows.

2. Impact on financial results of the Company
Mobiletech is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company expects to record JPY 50,002 million in dividends received as non-operating income on a stand-alone basis, for the fiscal year ending March 2013.
On a consolidated basis, dividends received from a consolidated subsidiary will be eliminated as inter-company transaction.

Mobiletech holds 100% of SoftBank Mobile Corp.'s shares through BB Mobile Corp.
