Dividend Payout (Interim Dividend)
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announces that today its Board of Directors resolved the distribution of interim dividend from surplus with a record date of September 30, 2016 as follows. The amount of dividend per share is in line with the forecast of dividend announced in “Dividend Payout (Year-end Dividend) and Dividend Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending March 2017,” dated April 21, 2016.
