Dividend Payout (Interim Dividend)
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announced that on October 16, 2019 its Board of Directors resolved the distribution of interim dividend from surplus with a record date of September 30, 2019 as follows. The amount of dividend per share is in line with the forecast of dividend announced in “Consolidated Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2019,” dated May 9, 2019.
