SoftBank Group Corp. announced today that it will redeem all of its outstanding USD-denominated 6.000% Undated Subordinated NC6 Resettable Notes on July 19, 2023, the first optional redemption date, in accordance with its terms and conditions. The details of the redemption are as follows.
