Appointment of Board Directors
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announced that it has nominated candidates for the positions of Board Directors as indicated below today. The elections are subject to the approval of the 44th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) to be held on June 21, 2024 (planned).
1. Appointment of the members of the Board of Directors
The terms of office of the current nine Board Directors will expire at the conclusion of the AGM. SBG will propose to the AGM the reelection of all nine current Board Directors.
