LY Corporation (Securities code: 4689, Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange), a subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp., will be commencing a tender offer for the common shares and stock acquisition rights of BEENOS Inc., as announced in “Scheduled Commencement of Tender Offer by a Subsidiary (LY Corporation, Securities Code: 4689) for Shares of BEENOS Inc. (Securities Code: 3328)” on December 19, 2024. Today, LY Corporation decided to commence the tender offer from March 24, 2025. Details are provided in the attached document.
