Completion of Acquisition of Ampere Computing Holdings LLC
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) today announced that on November 25, 2025 (U.S. time), it completed the acquisition of all equity interests in Ampere Computing Holdings LLC (“Ampere”), a U.S.-based semiconductor design company, through its subsidiary Silver Bands 6 (US) Corp. (the “Transaction”). As a result, Ampere has become a wholly owned subsidiary of SBG. Ampere’s financial position and results of operations will be included in SBG’s consolidated financial statements from the date of acquisition. The impact of the Transaction on SBG’s consolidated financial results is currently under review. Should any matters requiring disclosure arise in the future, SBG will announce them promptly.
