Early Redemption of EUR-denominated Senior Notes Issued in 2021
SoftBank Group Corp. announced today that it will redeem all of its outstanding EUR-denominated 2.875% Senior Notes due January 6, 2027, issued on July 6, 2021, at par on October 22, 2026, in accordance with its terms and conditions. The details of the redemption are as follows.
