In line with the SoftBank Group’s policy on respect for human rights, SoftBank Group Corp. does not tolerate sexual harassment of job seekers.

This policy applies to recruitment and selection, company information sessions, informal meetings and similar activities, whether or not you have applied for a position and whether interactions take place in person or online.

Rules for Recruitment and Related Activities

  • Meetings and interviews are conducted under the Company’s oversight, following the schedule, location and format communicated to you in advance.
  • Communications concerning recruitment and selection use Company-designated email accounts, recruitment systems or other approved channels. We do not use recruitment activities as an opportunity to make private contact through personal social media accounts or similar channels, or use contact information obtained through recruitment for personal purposes.
  • We do not use recruitment or related activities to seek personal relationships, or pressure job seekers to attend social gatherings or drink alcohol.

Seeking Advice and Reporting Concerns

If anything said or done by our directors, officers or employees makes you feel uneasy or uncomfortable, please contact us using the channels below.

You may seek advice even if you are unsure whether the conduct constitutes sexual or other forms of harassment, and even after the selection process has ended or you have withdrawn from it.

Recruitment Team, Human Resources Department:

We will protect the privacy of those seeking advice and others involved, and respond promptly and appropriately while taking your wishes into consideration.

You will not be treated disadvantageously in recruitment, selection or related processes for seeking advice, cooperating with fact-finding, or declining inappropriate invitations.
