Regarding Organizations Unaffiliated with SoftBank Group such as “SoftBank Global,” “软银环球” and “软银投资”
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) has become aware of organizations unaffiliated with our company. These organizations have been operating under names such as “SoftBank Global,” “软银投资控股（海南）有限公司,” “软银环球（海南）控股集团有限公司,” and “软银环球（海南）投资集团有限公司,” and have conducted investment solicitation events and other activities both within and outside of the People’s Republic of China.
In addition, we became aware that individuals identifying themselves as Allen Li (李毅 or 李峰) and Zhao Nuannuan (趙暖暖) participated at such events, presenting themselves as SoftBank’s representatives in China.
We wish to make it unequivocally clear that neither the SoftBank Group nor Masayoshi Son have any connection whatsoever to these organizations or individuals. We are not involved in any of their activities.
If you suspect that you may have been targeted by such schemes, we urge you to contact local law enforcement authorities immediately.
SBG has already initiated appropriate actions against the above-mentioned parties and we will continue to take necessary actions to protect our tradenames and trademarks.
