关于“SoftBank Global”“软银环球”及“软银投资”等组织
与软银集团无关的声明
软银集团（“SBG”）近日发现，若干与本公司无任何关联的组织，擅自使用“SoftBank Global”“软银投资控股（海南）有限公司”“软银环球（海南）控股集团有限公司”“软银环球（海南）投资集团有限公司”等名称，并于中华人民共和国境内及境外其他地区开展投资募集活动及相关业务。
此外，本公司注意到，有自称“Allen Li”（中文名称为“李毅”或“李峰”）和“赵暖暖”（Zhao Nuannuan）之人士，以“软银集团中国区代表”名义参与上述活动。
本公司特此严正声明：
- 软银集团及孙正义（Masayoshi Son）先生与前述组织及个人不存在任何形式的关联，亦未参与其任何活动。
- 若公众怀疑自身可能成为此类情况的受害者，请立即联系当地的执法部门。
目前，本公司已针对上述组织启动相应的法律程序，并将持续采取一切必要措施以维护本公司的商号、商标及其他合法权益。
