SoftBank Corp. Organization and Personnel Changes
SoftBank Corp. (SoftBank) announces today organization and personnel changes effective April 1, 2014.
1. Organization changes
The following organizational changes will be made to strengthen SoftBank's operational structure and enhance enterprise value.
- (1) Establishment of new supervisory divisions
“Finance, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Brand Management Division”, “Corporate Planning, Global Business Synergies Division”, “Investment Planning Division”, “Human Resources, General Administration, CEO's Office Division”, “Legal Division” and “Accounting, Tax Management, Internal Control, Information System Division” will be newly established - (2) Corporate Planning Department and Investment Planning Department will be newly established
- (3) Corporate Strategy Office will be integrated with CEO's Office
- (4) Global Business Strategy Department will be renamed Global Business Synergies Department
