Dividend Payout (Year-end Dividend)
SoftBank Corp. announces that it has decided to submit a request for approval regarding the matter of dividend payout to the 34th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 20, 2014. This applies to shareholders on record as of the base date of March 31, 2014. No amendments are made to the forecast of dividends announced in the “SoftBank Corp. consolidated financial report for the three-month period ended June 30, 2013” dated July 30, 2013. Together with the interim dividend of JPY 20.00 per share paid in December 2013, this brings the annual dividend for the fiscal year to JPY 40.00 per share, the same as the previous fiscal year.
