Early Redemption of US Dollar Denominated Senior Notes Issued by a Subsidiary
SoftBank Group Corp. (SBG) announces that Brightstar Corp. (“Brightstar”), a subsidiary of SBG, has notified the holders of its US dollar denominated senior notes due in 2016 and in 2018 (collectively, the “Notes”) that it will redeem on December 11, 2015 all of the outstanding Notes. The details of the redemption are as follows.
The Notes are guaranteed by SBG and subsidiaries of Brightstar.
