Appointment of Board Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Member
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announced that it has nominated candidates for the positions of Board Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Member as indicated below today. The elections are subject to the approval of the 43rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) to be held on June 21, 2023 (planned).
1. Appointment of the members of the Board of Directors
The terms of office of the current nine Board Directors will expire at the conclusion of the AGM. SBG will propose to the AGM the reelection of eight out of the nine current Board Directors and the election of Mr. Rene Haas as a new Board Director.

SBG will propose to the AGM the reelection of Mr. Maurice Atsushi Toyama as its Audit & Supervisory Board member.
