Dividend Payout (Year-end Dividend)
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) today announced that its Board of Directors passed a resolution to submit the following proposal regarding dividend from surplus with a record date of March 31, 2025 to the 45th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 27, 2025. This will bring the total annual dividend for the fiscal year ended March 2025, including the interim dividend (JPY 22 per share), to JPY 44, the same amount as the previous fiscal year.
