Appointment of Board Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announced that it has nominated candidates for the positions of Board Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members as indicated below today. The elections are subject to the approval of the 45th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) to be held on June 27, 2025 (planned).
1. Appointment of Board of Directors
The terms of office of the current nine Board Directors will expire at the conclusion of the AGM. SBG will propose to the AGM the reelection of all nine current Board Directors.
2. Appointment of Audit & Supervisory Board Members
Of the four current Audit & Supervisory Board Members, the terms of three will expire at the conclusion of the AGM. SBG will propose to the AGM the reelection of Mr. Yuji Nakata as its Audit & Supervisory Board Member and the election of two new Audit & Supervisory Board Members.
