Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation

SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announced today that its Board of Directors resolved to submit a request for approval for “Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation” to the 46th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 24, 2026.

1.Reasons for amendment

Amendment to Article 2 of the current Articles of Incorporation will be made in order to clarify the details of businesses according to the current situation of SBG’s businesses.
