Appointment of Board Directors
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announced that it has nominated candidates for the positions of Board Directors as indicated below today. The elections are subject to the approval of the 46th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) to be held on June 24, 2026 (planned).
1. Appointment of Board Directors
The terms of office of the current nine Board Directors will expire at the conclusion of the AGM. Accordingly, SBG will propose to the AGM the reelection of seven of the current Board Directors and the election of two new Board Director candidates.
