Completion of Acquisition of DigitalBridge

SoftBank Group Corp.

SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) today announced that on September 30, 2026 (U.S. time), it completed the acquisition of all the outstanding common stock of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (“DigitalBridge”), a leading global alternative asset manager dedicated to investing in digital infrastructure for approximately USD 3.1 billion. As a result, DigitalBridge has become a controlled subsidiary of SBG and will continue to operate as a separately managed platform, led by Marc Ganzi. DigitalBridge’s financial position and results of operations will be included in SBG’s consolidated financial statements from the date of acquisition.
