Issue of Foreign Currency Denominated Senior Notes

SoftBank Group Corp.

SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announces that yesterday it determined the following terms and conditions for the issuance of its USD-denominated Senior Notes due 2023, USD-denominated Senior Notes due 2025, Euro-denominated Senior Notes due 2023 and Euro-denominated Senior Notes due 2025 (collectively, the “Senior Notes”). SBG plans to use the proceeds to redeem its USD-denominated Senior Notes and Euro-denominated Senior Notes issued in 2013 (collectively, the “2013 Notes”).

The terms and conditions are following:
