SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announces that its subsidiary Yahoo Japan Corporation (Securities Code: 4689, Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section; “Yahoo Japan”) resolved at its board of directors' meeting held on September 12, 2019 to implement a tender offer for the common shares of ZOZO, Inc. (Securities Code: 3092, Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section) pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948; as amended), and to execute a capital and business alliance agreement with ZOZO, Inc., as set forth in Attachment.
