Some media coverage dated September 8, 2006 referred to personal assets of Mr. Son, Chairman & CEO of SOFTBANK CORP. (hereinafter “SOFTBANK”). There is no such a fact that Mr. Son’s personal assets have been pledged as collateral for SOFTBANK’s financing.
