Changes in Company Names of Subsidiaries
SoftBank Corp. announces that it has determined to change the company names of six of its subsidiaries effective July 1, 2013.
This change aims to improve the value of the SoftBank Group further by building a robust and strategic synergy group through the free and independent management of each subsidiary.
The changes are as follows:
