Disclosure of Characteristics of SoftBank Group’s Taxation
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announced today that it disclosed the “Characteristics of SoftBank Group’s Taxation” as a supplementary explanation for the “Tax Policy” disclosed on July 29, 2022.

In addition, for the three fiscal years from the fiscal year ended March 2020 to the fiscal year ended March 2022, SBG provided an easy-to-read list of its income taxes paid on a consolidated basis, as well as the domestic and foreign breakdown of such payments.
