SOFTBANK CORP. (the “Company”) announces that the Board of Directors adopted today a resolution on the nomination of an auditor to be proposed for approval at the 24th ordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company to be held on June 24, 2004.
The candidate for an auditor to be voted on at the 24th ordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company and his brief history are as follows.

At the conclusion of the 24th ordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company to be held on June 24, 2004, the following auditor will retire.
