Change of Indirect Subsidiary Along with the Purchase of Shares of Carview Corporation by Yahoo Japan Corporation, a Subsidiary of SOFTBANK CORP.
Yahoo Japan Corporation, a consolidated subsidiary of SOFTBANK CORP. (“the Company”) announces today that its Board of Directors resolved to purchase the shares of Carview Corporation from the Company. As a result, Carview Corporation will become an indirect subsidiary of the Company.
The impact of this change on the consolidated results will be minor.
