Completion of Share Exchange between SoftBank Corp. and eAccess Ltd.
SoftBank Corp. (“SoftBank”) and eAccess Ltd. (“eAccess”) hereby announce that the both companies completed a share exchange and eAccess became SoftBank's wholly-owned subsidiary effective January 1, 2013, in accordance with the agreement between SoftBank and eAccess dated October 1, 2012 as amended November 2, 2012 regarding the captioned stock exchange.
