Announcement of Dividend from Subsidiary
SoftBank Holdings Inc. (“SoftBank Holdings”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. (the “Company”), decided its dividend in kind, which will be paid in shares of an investee held by SoftBank Holdings on January 28, 2014. Expected impact caused by this dividend to the financial results of the Company on a stand-alone basis* is as follows.

2. Impact on financial results of the Company
SoftBank Holdings is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company expects to record approximately JPY 67.0 billion in dividends received as non-operating income on a stand-alone basis for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2014.
On a consolidated basis, dividends received from a subsidiary will be eliminated as inter-company transaction.
