Change in Terms and Conditions of Tender Offer by a Subsidiary (Yahoo Japan Corporation)
SoftBank Group Corp. announces that on August 12, 2016 its subsidiary Yahoo Japan Corporation (TSE first section: 4689, “Yahoo Japan”) has resolved to change the price and period of the tender offer under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act to acquire the common shares of eBOOK Initiative Japan Co., Ltd. (TSE first section: 3658), which Yahoo Japan has resolved on June 9, 2016 and implemented since June 10, 2016. The content of the change is set out in the attached.
