Results of Tender Offer by a Subsidiary (Yahoo Japan Corporation)
SoftBank Group Corp. announces the completion dated August 29, 2016 of the tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948; as amended) by its subsidiary Yahoo Japan Corporation (TSE first section: 4689, “Yahoo Japan”) to acquire the common shares of eBOOK Initiative Japan Co., Ltd. (TSE first section: 3658). The results of the Tender Offer are set out in the attached . The Tender Offer was resolved at Yahoo Japan's Board of Directors meeting on June 9, 2016 and had been implemented since June 10, 2016.
