Issue of the 53rd Unsecured Straight Corporate Bond and the 54th Unsecured Straight Corporate Bond

(“SBG”) announces today that it has determined the following terms and conditions for the issuance of its 53rd unsecured straight corporate bond with inter-bond pari passu clause (also known as the “Fukuoka SoftBank HAWKS Bond”) and its 54th unsecured straight corporate bond with inter-bond pari passu clause (collectively, the “Bonds”).
