Results of Tender Offer for USD- and EUR-denominated Notes
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) today announces the results of its several concurrent tender offers (the “Tender Offers”), which were first announced in “Tender Offer for USD- and EUR-denominated Notes” dated on January 16, 2019 and expired on January 23, 2019 (London time).
Results of the Tender Offers
SBG announces that $1.0 billion equivalent* of the target notes has been validly tendered and accepted for purchase pursuant to the Tender Offers. The results of the Tender Offers are as follows:

The total purchase consideration is approximately $970 million equivalent* and the difference with the aggregate principal amount of notes accepted for purchase is approximately $30 million equivalent.*
Based on an exchange rate of EUR 1.00 = USD 1.1379
The settlement date for the Tender Offers is expected to be on or around January 28, 2019.
