Early Redemption of Domestic Hybrid Bonds (with a Subordination Provision) Issued in 2016
SoftBank Group Corp. announced today that it will redeem all of its 2nd unsecured subordinated bonds with interest deferrable clause and early redeemable option (with a subordination provision) on September 16, 2023, the first optional redemption date. The details of the redemption are as follows.
