Results of Tender Offer by Subsidiary (SoftBank Corp., Securities Code: 9434) for the Common Shares etc. of SB Technology Corp. (Securities Code: 4726)
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announced that its subsidiary, SoftBank Corp. (“SoftBank”), completed a tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) on June 11, 2024. This completion follows SoftBank‘s decision on April 25, 2024 to conduct the Tender Offer for the common shares and the stock acquisition rights of SB Technology Corp., a subsidiary of SoftBank and SBG, pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948; as amended). The Tender Offer commenced on April 26, 2024. Please refer to Attachment for details.
