Transfer of Shares of Subsidiaries and Other Companies

SoftBank Group Corp.

SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announces that as of April 1, 2016 it has transferred all of its shares of 13 domestic subsidiaries and other companies held by SBG and its wholly-owned subsidiaries to SoftBank Group Japan GK, a domestic operations management company wholly owned by SBG (the “Transfer”) as follows.

1. Outline of the Transfer

As announced in “Reorganization of Group Companies” dated March 7, 2016, SBG, in an effort to clarify the roles and responsibilities and to enable agile Group management, has started transfer its investment securities in phases to newly placed global and domestic operations management companies. As part of that effort, on April 1, 2016, all the shares of 13 domestic subsidiaries and other companies held by SBG and its wholly-owned subsidiaries were transferred to SoftBank Group Japan GK, the domestic operations management company wholly owned by SBG.
