Appointment of the Members of the Board of Directors
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) announces that it has nominated candidates for the position of Board Directors as indicated below. The elections are subject to the approval of the 40th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) to be held on June 25, 2020.
1. Appointment of the members of the Board of Directors
The terms of office of the current 11 Board Directors will expire at the conclusion of the AGM. SBG will propose the reelection of 10 out of the 11 current Board Directors and the election of Messrs. Mr. Yoshimitsu Goto, Mr. Lip-Bu Tan and Ms. Yuko Kawamoto as new Board Directors, to the AGM.
