Issue of the 30th Unsecured Straight Corporate Bond

SOFTBANK CORP. announces that it has determined the terms and conditions of the issue of its 30th unsecured straight corporate bond (hereafter the ‘Bonds’).

3. Coupon rate 3.35% per annum

(a)Redemption at maturity The principal of the Bonds will be redeemed in full on March 11, 2015.
(b)Repurchase and redemption Bonds may be repurchased for redemption at any time on or after the first day following the closing date, unless otherwise provided for by the book-entry transfer institution.
